Every product by ANAORI bears the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship. We have established a customer support program so you can enjoy an extended use of our products. We have gathered the information you may need below. For other inquiries, please check our FAQ or contact us individually via the online form.

The products sold on the ANAORI online shop are shipped internationally. The shipping fee varies from country to country: please check the shipping fee for your region when ordering. The products are individually packaged in a double case, and shipped via DHL or FedEx.

Returns and refunds depending on the customer's will are not accepted. Should the product be damaged, or the number of delivered products be incorrect,please contact us within 5 days via the online form.

Period of Warranty
Only kakugama products have a one-year coating warranty from the date of purchase. We repair the ceramic coating free of charge within the period of one year. After the warranty period or non-warranty items, the ceramic coating repair is at the customer's expense. During the repair, a replacement product will be delivered to you free of charge. The shipping fee and any extra costs will be at the customer's expense.

We maintain and repair our products even after the period of warranty. Damaged products cannot be repaired, but we also sell each part (base, inner & outer lids) individually. For more information, please contact us via the online form.
