A powder made from sake lees can be used instead of cheese. If there is any leftover, it can be used to top salads and be enjoyed as well.
Ingredients (easy-to-make amount):
Sake lees ............... 35g |
Instructions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and fold them together.
Fold the mixture with a spatula in a cutting motion.
2. When the whole is mixed, put 1/2 amount of dough between two pieces of parchment paper and spread it thin.
3. Bake slowly on a preheated grill pan, turning halfway through without burning. When it smells fragrant and gets hard, put it in a bowl and break it up with your hands.
